Integration with Dealer Management Systems

As dealers investigate Xtime's solution for service operations, one of the greatest concerns is the problem of two independent systems processing data about customers and service appointments. Xtime has solved the problem through seamless integration between the Xtime system and the dealership's DMS.

One of the greatest advantages of Xtime is that it integrates completely with dealers' existing DMS solutions. More than just extracting data from the DMS, Xtime can input appointments and related data into the DMS. This capability sets Xtime apart from all other online solutions for automotive dealers.

With two-way synchronization of customer data, information from the DMS is automatically added to eScheduling, and eScheduling data is automatically entered into the DMS. Appointments made through Xtime are pushed into the DMS as a pre-written request order (RO), complete with opcodes, customer complaints, discounts, and customer data.

Xtime supports integration with the leading DMS applications, including ADP Elite and Reynolds & Reynolds ERA.
