Largest Auto Dealer Network In New York Deploys Xtime Software
Software Helps West Herr Improve Service Operations; Offers 24/7 Appointment Scheduling

San Mateo, CA - January 17, 2007 — Xtime, Inc., the leading provider of CRM solutions for service operations, today announced that West Herr Automotive Group with 15 dealerships located in western New York state, has committed to a group-wide rollout of Xtime's flagship software product, ServiceCRM™.

Xtime’s ServiceCRM™ software is a CRM system custom designed for dealership service departments. With easy–to–use Web interfaces, it automates every customer interaction including real–time online service appointments for vehicle owners. It also offers sophisticated tools for service campaigns.

Consumers are accustomed to convenient online scheduling when they book airline tickets, hotel rooms and rental cars. But when they want to book a service appointment at a car dealership, consumers typically have no choice but to use the telephone. This can result in an average wait time of more than of five minutes when they are put on hold, according to the National Automobile Dealers Association.

With Xtime’s Service CRM software, consumers can book service appointments online for increased customer convenience. This provides West Herr dealers a significant advantage over its competition.
