The Xtime system is open and supports STAR standards, allowing customization and integration with any OEM’s specific business processes and data, for example, service opcodes and pricing; customer, vehicle and dealer data; service bulletins and recalls, etc.
Operations
Xtime can not only host the scheduling solution for the automaker, it can provide the marketing and support functions on the vendor’s behalf. Adopting an automated scheduling solution across the entire dealer network will not create a burden on internal resources, or require the adoption of any new hardware, software or technical personnel.
