Management Reporting

ServiceCRM™ automatically generates key business metrics such as appointment totals by channel, show rates by channel, RO count by channel, RO dollars by channel, percent of appointments converted to ROs, new customers by channel, and new customer RO dollars by channel. In addition to ROI metrics, the system can report on transportation types, appointment ledgers, appointments by call center agent, etc. The report server can generate these metrics at any level of the organization from the dealership to the dealer group, to a region of dealers, or to an OEM level across all dealerships. This capability is delivered over the web (as are all ServiceCRM™ functions) so that management can measure the health of the business from any location at any time.

Reports can be generated in HTML, PDF, and CSV format.
