ServiceAnalytics™ is the centralized reporting capability that lets dealer principals, managers and service managers, as well as OEM administrators, generate a complete set of performance reports in real-time.
ServiceSync™ is the Xtime architectural layer that provides highly-scalable integration services to dealership management systems, manufacturers, and marketing partners. Through certified, real-time, bi-directional interfaces to all leading DMS vendors, ServiceSync maintains an up-to-the-minute replica of a dealership’s customers, appointments, work in progress, and service history, enabling instantaneous access for all Xtime functions.
